โค๏ธArmani Si! Bloggers faveโค๏ธ

As you can tell by my blog title, I am making no bones about which is my fave repurchaseable scent of all times! Yes, It’s Giorgio Armani Si!

This scent is like heaven for me! Every time I wear it, I am always, always guaranteed to be asked what I am wearing๐Ÿ˜€ This peachy hued bottle has a gorge smell of floral notes with a little vanilla. It is not overpowering (as strong scents make me sneeze!๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ)

The scent is not of those, that you spray once and it’s gone. This scent will even linger when you jump into the shower! Which to me is perfect as you don’t want to fork out silly money for a scent which neither you can smell or others! I believe it’s important to have a scent that you love and smell of, as it can help define your personality.

I have repurchased this fragrance countless of times and I believe Armani has now added Giorgio Armani- Intense which has been infused with Morrocan roses! (I have sniffed it and it’s gorge! look out for my next purchase on this!)

When I repurchased this fragrance for the 4th time ๐Ÿ™ˆ I was lucky enough to get a fab deal on a gift box from the theperfumeshop.com/โ€Ž The fragrance was a 50ml Eau de parfum with a free Armani mascara! (Makeup! Eeekk lol) and for ยฃ44 this was defo a bargain! (As the scent on its own retails for ยฃ50!)

The mascara itself is amazing! The wand is large and enables to give you the most fluttery, separated lashes. The formula of the product is creamy, rich and a great intense black! (I wear this mascara almost everyday ๐Ÿ™ˆ)

So if your thinking about changing up your smell game, try Giorgio Armani Si! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Have you tried this scent? If yes, what are your thoughts? Do you have any other fave scents? If yes! Please do let me know down below as I would love to know your faves!

Bloggers Fave – Winter Essentials โ˜ƒ

It’s cold and raining In England! Yes that defo is an understatement, as I frequently see more rain than sun in England ๐Ÿ˜… But that does not mean you have to wrap up like a Yeti! And fashion defo does not die in the colder months lol.

So I thought why not do another one
of my ‘Bloggers Fave post’ So here it is, my Winter essentials. In this post, I will share my fave things that will make you stand out like a Winter fashionista ๐Ÿ™ƒ (and not that yeti! Haha)

Winter Hats

Hats! I love hats! Be it a beanie, bobble hat or a beret. But this year I’ve gone for an all time classic, a Fedora hat! What’s a Fedora hat? Well it is a felt hat with a wide brim and an indented crown. It is typically creased lengthways and ‘pinched’ near the front on both sides.

Like voila! There is a style out there for everyone. Wider brims, different colours and value for money. Wearing a hat even ensures frizz free hair and you can rock it with sooo many outfits!

Such as, how about a roll neck and a maxi skirt? Or jeans with a tee and a tartan scarf? Or even a cute dress with ankle boots and your chosen fedora!

‘The Coat’!

A coat is a must have in the winter months. A stylish and warm one will keep you going for a few years.

This year I am going to stick to my Gharani Strok, long length, navy tweed coat. I love this coat! I’ve had it for about 2 years now ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ I mainly wear it with jeans, mid lengths skirts and dresses (the coat drowns me in my maxi clothes)

When I wear this though, I always wear some form of heel as being short this coat looks frumpy with flats ๐Ÿ˜…

This coat has a fit and flare design and a belt which gives it an elegant look. The collar can also be buttoned all the way to the top or can be left half undone.

Obv coats go in and out of trend so be sure to buy one that gives you longevity and style.

Boots

Boots! Aaahh boots! I have a love and hate relationship with boots because I’m short, I have to shop around a lot to find the right pair! A pair that does not make my feet look small and a comfortable mid-heel and this year I think I’ve found my perfect pair ๐Ÿ˜

I love the colour chocolate brown so much! It’s defo more versatile than boring black! These boots have a slight point at the front which make my small feet look bigger (better than a compact round toe = stumpy feet look ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ ) I also love boots with a little detail and these have a small faux buckle at the side.

Boots are fab in the winter (long, short whatever you desire) as they keep your feet warm and look fab with many outfits.

Scarves!

If you have been following my blog, you will know that I have a massive obsession with scarves ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™Š I have many colours and style, they pep up any outfit and will defo keep your neck nice and warm.

Whether you are tall, short, curvy or slim anyone can rock a scarf! Wear your hair up or down and your good to go!

Lip Prep

The cold weather can leave your lips chapped and sore! My fave lip balm is Maybelline Baby lips! I am obsessed with these lip balms (I use to love Carmex but that now seems to make my lips split ๐Ÿ˜” )

I have bought the baby lips twice now and I always apply it before putting my lippie on and before I go to bed. My lips are always super soft and the lipsticks go on beautifully! The baby lips leaves no waxy feel and gives the right amount of moisture for my lips!

(The yellow one with orange writing is my fave!)

Winter Lippie

Majority of the time in the winter we tend to gravitate towards darker coloured clothes. Also daylight is significantly reduced as well ๐Ÿ˜’ So I always try and wear a bright lippie to bring some colour and lighten my mood.

I tend to wear lots of burgundy shades (and at the mo you will see them all over my blog lol) Red looks fab too in the cold weather (especially Mac Ruby woo!) Brown lip colours are also on trend this season. Try Mac Cork lip liner with Bourjois Beautiful Brun or your fave nude lip paired with Mac Cork (trust me you won’t be disappointed)

Gorgeous Hands

My hands are awful in the winter! They chap, split and generally get really dry ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ (the central heating plays havoc on my skin too!) I have tried many hand creams, budget ones and branded ones but I have yet to find my holy grail hand cream. If anyone has a fave pls let me know down below!

At the moment I am using the E45 hand cream which is actually not bad and has left my hands feeling moisturised. It does not have a greasy after feel (hate that) and sinks into the skin. I just wished the moisturised feeling lasted a little longer!

Body Moisturiser

Bye bye summer, bye bye tan! When the sunshine tends to fade, we tend to forget about our bodies. We should moisturise our bodies in the cold weather too! Putting on the layers does not mean we neglect our bodies and shy it away.

I tend to moisturise throughout the year and I have noticed a change in my skin texture and skintone. My skin is more supple, glowy and the dark pigmentation has lightened! My all time fave body moisturiser is Nivea Q10! Doesn’t matter which new one I try, I always go back to this! Try it! It honestly is the best!

Hot Drinks!

The cold weather always makes me think about snuggly log fires and a yummy hot drink!

A hot drink is a fab way to keep your body warm. I am a massive fan of Costa Coffee latte but it’s hard to knock a barista style one up at home. But I think I’ve found a fab alternative ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

This minty mocha from Nescafรฉ is gorgeous! It has a nice rich chocolatey taste with just the right amount of mint. Make sure you don’t overboil the water in the kettle and really stir the mixture in a medium sized mug.

And that wraps up my Winter Essentials post. Hope you enjoyed it, just as much as I enjoyed sharing my faves with you.

Bloggers Fave – Statement Pieces โ˜บ

It is officially the 1st of November! Wow, time sure does fly and that means Christmas parties, events and nights out galore!

Today I’m going to share with you my fave statement pieces that will make any party outfit really rock out!

Bloggers fave – Egyptian Jewels

This necklace may look like a mash of 2 – 3 necklaces but it is actually one gorge piece! I love gold plated pieces as I find they compliment my NC42 skin really well. They almost bring out a glow to my skin!

The faux crystals are clear in this piece and give a glistening reflection when they catch the light. The piece looks heavy but I can assure you it is not! I love the way it kinda resembles Cleopatras necklace โ˜บ

This show stopper will look best with a minimalistic outfit as it will speak more volumes than the outfit itself.

Neo – Geometric Jewelled studs

I love bright colours and these earrings give me just that! They have a slight mid – length drop to them as well. This is fab for my ears, as I have a really minut bend in my earlobe (when I wear small studs, my ear lobes seem to invert in. Does that make sense? Sorry lol) This is why I don’t tend to wear small studs.

image

A minimal make up look and hair pulled up will work fab with these earrings!

Gold Cuff = arm candy!

How about rocking out with a gold faux plated cuff? (This is what I think I’m going for at my Xmas do! 😆 )

image

Try and choose a pretty decent size cuff, so that it has some recognition ability and one that will flatter your wrist! I have small skinny wrists, so you would think this would drown it but it doesn’t it actually looks quite elegant. See the curvature in the cuff? That is what makes it elegant. The cuff also has a clasp type opening so it is easier to put on and take off!

When I have worn this cuff, I have worn it with my Indian outfit (bright orange lol let me say!) and large bronze earrings. This shows the flexibility of a plain coloured cuff! Amp it up! Or down.

image

Finger Bling!

Now I am not a massive fan of rings ๐Ÿ˜• I think this is because I have small hands and short, skinny fingers haha (trust me they are a nightmare for ring fittings!) So I have to buy either elasticated ones, adjustable ones or make sure they are a snug fit! 😂 and this ring just so!

image

I love this ring! It is so pretty and elegant. It has a mixture of plastic, metal and diamonds. The design of this ring is so classic and pretty that I’m sure it will look good with any outfit. Again this ring is gold plated which I believe is universally flattering.

This ring screams nude makeup! (Peachy, pinky lips) or pearly shadows with soft curls or a beehive!

Glam up your Hair!

We’ve glammed up everything! So why not our hair? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Try a jewelled hair clip. You can go small or as big as you want!

image

I’ve chosen this beautiful floral one that I picked up from the Jhonny loves Rosie range (agggesss ago). It has large and small encrusted diamonds. The finish is that of a pewter. It has a small clasp at the back so won’t grab onto lots of hair that’s why I would go for a classic hairstyle such as half up and down or a french twist that will look uber sexy with this clip!

And that wraps up my blogger faves post! Hope you enjoyed taking a look at my fave statement pieces 😍 Do you have any faves, that you will be rocking out this Christmas? #GlitterGlosGlo on insta or comment down below โ˜บ

Also I should add that the purpose of my post was to show you what pieces I love, so many of them have been purchased a while back from different High St storesย  (hence no links) But have a shop around because I am pretty sure they are similar pieces still out there! As jewellery tends to revert back into fashion again and again 😘
